Evan Davis, a leading broadcaster and economist, will be in conversation with Joey Gonzalez, Executive Chairman of Barry’s Bootcamp, to discuss LGBTQ+ fitness culture and entrepreneurialism.

Lesbian voices remain underrepresented in conversations about executive success. What will it take to lift lesbian stories from the margins to the mainstream? Abigail Thorn (Actress, Writer), Lewis Oakley (Broadcaster, Writer), Dominic Arnall (Chief Executive Officer, Ditch the Label) and Fabian Fuchs share their advice on tackling Manosphoere, moderated by Natasha Devon (Writer, Speaker and Campaigner).

Panel 3: The Big DEI Redesign
Geopolitics, macroeconomics and AI have led companies and wider society to make changes that are significantly impacting the approach to DEI in the workplace. Where are we now, and what’s needed next? Aneeta Rattan (Professor of Organisational Behaviour, London Business School), Ashley Dartnell (Trustee for Open for Business), Neil Griffiths (Global DEI Director, Kearney), Birgit Neu (Nexus) will share their expertise on the current DEI landscape.
