Dame Inga Beale worked nearly four decades in the world of financial services, culminating in the role of CEO of the centuries-old financial institution Lloyd’s of London from 2014 to 2018. She now has a portfolio of non-executive roles as independent board member of Crawford& Company, of NN Group and WTW Company.

Understanding the vital importance of inclusion in the workplace and, having done much to break down barriers and build inclusive environments, she is keen for organisations to do more than throw money at diversity and inclusion.
