Nina joined McKinsey as an experienced hire Associate in July 2024 with a background in software engineering at Microsoft. She is part of the Digital practice and have mostly worked on transformation projects with a focus on tech and digital topics. She has been an active Equal member from day one and is particularly keen to support Equal recruitment effort by mentoring candidates and volunteering as a faculty.
