Emily is the Director of Strategy and Operations for Global Talent Attraction at McKinsey & Company, where she also leads the firm’s women’s and diversity recruiting efforts. She has collaborated with numerous LGBTQ+ organizations on a range of workplace initiatives and previously served on the Board of the Equality Forum.
Originally from Philadelphia, Emily recently relocated to London with her wife and three children and is excited to attend EUROUT for the first time.
She holds a master’s degree in Mathematics and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
