EUROUT is Europe’s leading LGBTQ+ conference for graduate students, MBAs, PhDs and alumni from top business schools. The brainchild of London Business School’s Out in Business club, the event brings together over 500 delegates from 20 schools and 50 companies. We aim to inspire diversity and inclusion in the professional world and beyond.

EUROUT is a celebration of unity, growth, and creating a brighter, more inclusive future for all. This year's theme: 'Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges' is aimed at dismantling obstacles and prejudices that LGBTQ+ individuals face in society, and pushing beyond the barriers to foster connections and understanding among more diverse groups and communities. It will be an event that will inspire you and leave a lasting impact on your personal and professional life.

We are honored to welcome Jose-Luiz Moura, ex-UK & Ireland COO of Salesforce and an influential Executive Coach as one of our keynote speakers. Additionally, there will be a special performance from the one and only Lawrence Chaney, winner of Season 2 of RuPaul's Drag Race UK, at the EUROUT Ball held at the historic Lincoln's Inn.
