Movements don't happen alone

Shalini is the current Board Chair and was also a past president of the Out in Business Club as an LBS MBA 2022 graduate. She is Director of Benefits, Global Network Services at American Express. Shalini Chudasama is passionate about the capacity for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to help individuals thrive. She is a life-long student of DEI in both personal and professional spheres. Shalini has led Bain & Company’s gender parity center of excellence driving DEI efforts, managing internal gender parity assessments, and researching global best practices. In this role, she developed and launched a talent strategy and blueprint for women’s retention across six continents and spearheaded two global conferences on gender parity. She has since broadened her focus to include racial equity efforts as well as community-building among LGBTQ+ individuals and allies. Shalini approaches DEI challenges by pairing her subject-matter expertise with management consulting experience to help create organizational change grounded in data and empathy. She has trained as a DEI facilitator and given talks, served as a panelist, and held workshops at universities, corporate events, and community organizations around the world. Shalini earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, and also studied at Copenhagen Business School and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She earned her MBA from London Business School focused on organizational behavior, change management, and talent strategy.

Alberto is an Executive Vice President at Insight Partners, a global Venture Capital and Private Equity firm investing in high-growth technology and software companies. Formerly a Consultant at Bain & Company, where he co-led Bain's BGLAD Network, responsible for recruiting and retaining LGBT+ talent. Alberto is an LBS MBA 2017 alumnus. He is also widely involved with the LGBT+ community, being a founding board member of Out Investors, a global network of LGBT+ investment professionals, and founding member at Series Q, empowering LGBT+ entrepreneurs.

Alistair is Head of Portfolio Strategy at Bupa Dental Care (BDC), Bupa’s UK-based dental business with 400 clinics. In this role he oversees the company strategy, passionate to deliver better patient care to millions in the UK every year. Alistair graduated from the LBS MBA in 2024, with both Distinction and an Outstanding Leadership Award. Here, he was the Out in Business Co-President, and EUROUT Co-Chair, from 2023-24. In this role he co-led a team of 50 to deliver an expansive OiB programme, and the largest EUROUT conference to date. Other extracurricular activities at LBS include co-president of the Swimming Club, Tattoo Entertainment VP, community rep, and LBS Ambassador. Prior to LBS, his career experience spans both strategy consulting, and in-house strategy across Healthcare and Automotive. Outside of work, he is a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, keen traveller, food obsessive, events organiser, and board games enthusiast. Alistair represents the EUROUT Board’s Board Operations sub-committee, working closely with the current student team and the board Chair, to maximise board utility for conference planning.

Allie Fleder is co-founder of SimplyWise, an NYC-based fintech building the operating system for work and life after 50. She previously founded and ran Sherpa, a British luggage delivery platform for busy travellers that was acquired in 2019. Before starting her own business, she consulted for VC-backed startups in London and NYC. Allie began her career at the Americas Society/Council of the Americas, where she served as the chief of staff to the president. In that role, she worked with entrepreneurs and tech companies to help them scale up their operations in Latin America. She is a founding member and former Executive Director of the Young Professionals of the Americas network. She is also a board member and former Chair of EUROUT, Europe’s largest LGBT+ business student conference, and serves on the Digital Corps leadership committee and Women's committee of Out in Tech. Allie received a bachelor of arts in Latin American studies from Columbia College and an MBA from London Business School, where she was a 50th Anniversary Scholar.

Dr. Aneeta Rattan is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School. Dr. Rattan received her BA at Columbia University, majoring in psychology and minoring in English literature. Dr. Rattan then completed her PhD and postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University. At London Business School, Dr. Rattan teaches on the full-time MBA program (Global Leadership and Management, Managing Organizational Behavior), which affords her the opportunity to engage perspectives on issues of race, gender, and inequality around the globe. Dr. Rattan’s research investigates how individuals and organizations can effectively foster diversity and equality, with a focus on the experiences of women, racial minorities, and sexual orientation minorities. Her research has uncovered strategies for addressing overt bias when it occurs during workplace interactions. Her work has also identified mindsets (growth mindset, universal mindset) that promote belonging, commitment, and achievement among minorities and women facing implicit bias. Her research has also tested the effectiveness of different communication styles around diversity, showing the importance of emphasizing change in the face of entrenched bias against sexual orientation minorities. Dr. Rattan’s research has been published in top academic journals, including the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Psychological Science, and the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology and she has received major research grants from a range of public and private foundations. Dr. Rattan has also been a contributor to major media outlets such as the New York Times and National Public Radio, and her work has been featured in news outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Forbes Magazine, Huffington Post, and Slate Magazine.

Barry works at the intersection of AI and Education, helping businesses turn AI spend into measurable value. He is founder of TheABCs.ai, a training and consulting practice based in London. Previously, Barry was Head of AI Transformation at Multiverse, the UK's biggest EdTech. He has held tenures at the Financial Times, Bain & Company, Decoded and Ogilvy. Barry is also co-founder of Series Q, a non-profit with a mission to empower LGBT entrepreneurs. He is a regular speaker at conferences including Cannes Lions and SXSW, and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Brian is a Senior Manager at Strategy& (formerly Booz Allen), part of PwC, now based in New York, where he is involved in evolving the firm’s D&I efforts as London LGBTQ+ D&I Lead and EMEA Pharma Life Sciences Community Chair. He graduated from London Business School (LBS) with an MBA in 2020 where he led the Out in Business club as president, chaired the 2019 EUROUT conference, and sat on the LBS Diversity and Inclusion Board. Prior to relocating to London, Brian built his career in New York City working in the advertising industry, focused specifically on the pharmaceutical industry, to launch brands. He graduated summa cum laude from Lafayette College with a BS in Biology and an AB in International Affairs.

Cameron is an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. He is an MBA 2023 graduate of London Business School, where he served as Co-President of both the Out in Business club and the Social Impact Club, having served as Chief of Staff of both clubs the year before. He was awarded the CAP Social Impact scholarship, and prior to the MBA worked with JPMorgan in both Edinburgh and London. He subsequently transitioned to the world of management consulting, completing a summer internship with McKinsey & Company in London and returning full time post-MBA. Cameron grew up in Scotland where he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of St. Andrews. He is a keen runner, collector of Scottish whisky, and a huge Shania Twain fan.

Daniel is the founder and co-chair of the InterLaw Diversity Forum, the founder of the Forum for US Securities Lawyers in London, and an Adjunct Professor at Hult International Business School. He was previously General Counsel for EMEA and Asia at Jefferies and, before that, a partner in Reed Smith’s Global Capital Markets practice. Daniel founded the Forum for US Securities Lawyers in London in 2006 to address US securities issues in the London market across law firms, banks and intermediaries. The Forum was short-listed by the British Legal Awards in 2009 for ‘Law Firm Innovation’. The Forum was ‘Highly Commended’ by the FT Innovative Lawyers Awards in 2016 in the category ‘Innovation in Navigating Regulation’. The InterLaw Diversity Forum seeks to promote meritocracy and inclusion for diverse groups in the legal sector and now has more than 9,000 members from over 800 organisations. Since its founding in 2008, the InterLaw Diversity Forum has expanded its scope to encompass all strands of diversity and inclusion (LGBT+, BAME, Disability, Gender, and social mobility) with a particular focus on cultural change in the workplace and ‘multiple identities’/intersectionality. The InterLaw Diversity Forum was ‘Highly Commended’ by the FT Innovative Lawyers Awards in 2016 for ‘Innovation in Human Resources’. Daniel was named the ‘Legal Innovator of the Year’ at the FT Innovative Lawyers Awards in 2012 for his work in capital markets and diversity and inclusion. Daniel was a member of the Equality & Diversity Committee at the Law Society of England & Wales for six years and is a member of the Judicial Diversity Forum organised by the Judicial Appointments Commission. Daniel was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States in 2013.

Jay is Vice President, Enterprise Technology Risk & Compliance at BlackRock. Jay is an LBS MBA graduate, a ROMBA (Reaching Out MBA) Fellow, and was Co-President of the Out in Business club in 2022. They hold a B.A. in Law & Society from American University. Prior to LBS, Jay worked at Goldman Sachs primarily in the Operations and Risk Management spaces, but spent much of their time leading various initiatives for the firm's LGBTQ+ Network, including launching Goldman's Pronouns Initiative. Jay is a dedicated advocate for LGBTQ+ progress and a champion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace.

Jesper With-Fogstrup is Group CEO of Centeca, an automotive finance and technology platform working with dealers, lenders, partners and OEMs. Before Centeca, he was Group CEO of Moneypenny, where he repositioned the business as a hybrid human and AI customer experience platform. He was previously CEO of Smoove plc, which was sold to PEXA. Earlier, as Global Head of Digital as a Channel at HSBC, he led digital sales and customer engagement for more than 40 million customers in 16 markets. He was also COO of Compare the Market and held executive roles in online travel. Jesper holds an Executive MBA from London Business School.

Juliana is a Strategy Consultant at BCG. She is an MBA 2024 graduate of London Business School, where she served as Co-President of the Tech & Media Club and as SVP for EUROUT Entertainment and SVP Impact Projects for Out in Business Club. She was awarded the Laidlaw Foundation scholarship and designated as a Forté Fellow. Prior to the MBA, she was a corporate private equity M&A and commercial technology lawyer in London. Juliana grew up in Cyprus, the United Kingdom, and Bulgaria, and completed her undergraduate degree in law at King's College London. She is a VR gamer, a long-standing volunteer for youth education charities in London, and a poet.

Lesley Wan is Managing Director and General Counsel of Wan & Waples. She was previously General Counsel of FBN Bank (UK) and General Counsel & Company Secretary of All Africa Capital. She has extensive experience in private practice and in the corporate world including A&O, HSBC and Lloyds Banking Group. Lesley is the recipient of numerous awards including “Legal Counsel of the Year 2012” at the British Legal Awards, “Legal 500 Real Estate Team Award 2013”, Chambers’ “Outstanding In-House Counsel Award 2013”, Women in the City “Women of Achievement Award 2014 - Finance”, Legal Business GC Power List 2013 and 2015 and Chambers’ “Europe Outstanding Achievement to Diversity Award 2015”. In 2014, the Guardian featured Lesley as one of 10 women changing the face of the City, and Lesley has received the “Power of Women in Leadership Award” presented by the Dress for Success Charity in recognition of her work in inspiring other women to realise their potential. Lesley was also recognised as a “Woman of Influence 2014” for her contribution to the UK property market, including working with the LMA and championing specialist templates for the UK real estate market. Lesley was also responsible for creating and leading the hugely successful “Breakthrough Mentoring Programme” at Lloyds Banking Group in 2012, which was designed to support, promote and retain female talent in the bank; under her leadership, the team built membership to over 15,500 colleagues bank-wide and made significant strides in promoting women into senior leadership roles. Her outside interests encompass advisory boards including London Business School’s EUROUT and The Law Society of England & Wales. Lesley is also Founder & President of The Eagle Club, a global network of over 500 women in senior leadership positions; and Founder and CEO of Through the Looking Glass Charity, which provides less affluent young people an insight into City professions and encourages them to pursue higher education or apprenticeships.

Linda is Principal at Consulting Associates. Since 2012, Linda has served as the COO for multiple start-up financial regulatory consulting firms based in London. Before moving to London, Linda worked in management and consulting for both large corporations and SMEs in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. While starting to shift to NED and other work aligned with her passions, Linda is currently consulting as a fractional COO given her experience in guiding growing organisations to deliver their best. In her spare time, Linda has long been an activist with national and international LGBTQ+ organisations including running one of the largest lesbian organisations in the US (BACW, now defunct), as a Board Director for the Human Rights Campaign, the LGBTQ+ Victory Fund, and lastly, 10 years as a Board Director for OutRight International. She has been a member of the EUROUT Board for the past few years. Recently, she had the pleasure of working as a consultant for Open For Business, based here in London. Linda holds a Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School.

Luca is a finance professional with 20 years of international experience across different roles and industries. He started his career in investment banking at Citi in London, where he covered Italian clients across different products such as M&A or equity/debt capital markets between 2003 and 2009. After his MBA at the London Business School, he joined adidas where he spent 11 years with 5 roles in 4 different countries: namely he was CFO for Argentina, then CFO for Brasil, then Finance VP for Latin America, based in Panamá, leading a €1.7bn business across 7 regional offices, across all finance functions from FP&A. His last role at adidas was VP Brand Finance at the Global HQ in Germany, supporting the entire marketing organization globally across finance and strategic decisions. Since August 2022 Luca leads the International FP&A team at Lululemon, from Shanghai to Hong Kong and London. In his role Luca and his team drive the international expansion of the brand supporting the international leadership team in the fast paced growth of all international markets. Luca is married to Richard, has two dogs, loves travelling, cooking, gourmet restaurants and wines and is a passionate runner.

Max is a Product Manager at Abtrace. He is an MBA graduate of London Business School, where he served as Co-president of the Out in Business Club for 2024-2025. Max has over nine years of experience in product management, operations, and team leadership. He was an early member of a San Francisco health tech start up, contributing to its successful IPO. Additionally, he served as Vice-President of the Board of an LGBTQ+ non-profit in San Francisco. At LBS, Max focused on entrepreneurship, strategy, and technology, and was also the Senior Vice-President of Alumni Relations for the Entrepreneurship Club.

Max is an MBA graduate of London Business School, an LBS scholar and ROMBA Fellow, and served as President of the Out in Business Club for 2025-26. Previously, Max worked in healthcare consulting in London, working for corporate and investor clients across the health services, social care, veterinary and pharma industries. Additionally, Max was a Director of National Student Pride, the UK’s largest LGBTQ+ student event, and was selected among the 101 most influential LGBTQ+ people in the UK in 2023 by Attitude Magazine.

Meg is a Marketing Strategy Specialist at Harrods. She is an LBS MBA graduate (Class of 2025), where she served as Co-President of Out in Business and EUROUT. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Meg holds a BA in Fine Art from Yale and brings over six years of experience in fashion trend forecasting, brand strategy, and consumer insights within the retail sector in New York City. Before LBS, Meg was part of the corporate strategy team at Kohl's Department Stores. During the MBA, she worked with Santoni's digital team in Milan. She is passionate about creating community and empowering queer leadership. Outside of her professional endeavours, Meg is an Opéra enthusiast and collector of vintage sweaters.

Nick is Vice President and Head of Business Development & Strategy at Purespring Therapeutics. He graduated with his MBA from LBS in 2017, when he was awarded the Lasting Contribution to the School for advancing inclusion and diversity. He previously worked in healthcare M&A with a focus on biotech and digital health at Morgan Stanley in London, latterly as an Executive Director, where he was on the Steering Committee for the Pride and Ally network. Prior to studying at LBS, Nick was a medical doctor, a McKinsey consultant and a researcher at HBS. He has twice featured in the top LGBT+ Future Leaders in the FT and was a Poets & Quants Brightest and Best MBA of 2017. He chaired the EUROUT board from 2017 to 2021.

Paul is co-founder and CEO of Befetching, and co-founder and COO of Ace Student Living, a real estate business that has raised GBP 30M to build beautiful places to live and work across the UK. He was previously the COO of two venture-backed businesses, which followed a long time wearing a suit in finance (hedge funds, private banking) in London, Hong Kong and Switzerland. He is passionate about property, building companies, contemporary art and wellness. Paul completed his undergraduate degree at Balliol College, Oxford and holds an MBA from London Business School.
