Lisa Fischer (LBS MBA 2027) is Co-President of Out in Business and EUROUT. She spent three years as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group in Munich, specialising in healthcare. She holds bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from LMU Munich and in Interdisciplinary Sciences from ETH Zurich.

Matt O'Leary (LBS MBA 2027) is Co-President of Out in Business and EUROUT, an LBS scholar and a ROMBA Fellow. Prior to attending LBS, he spent four years as a consultant at Deloitte in New York City across the Human Capital and M&A teams. He holds a bachelor's degree in Management from Boston College.

Hayden Baer (LBS MBA 2027) is Treasurer of Out in Business and EUROUT. Prior to LBS, he spent four years at Deloitte Consulting in Chicago where he focused on Transformation work in the Consumer industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University.

Elinor Martinez (LBS MBA 2027) is Chief of Staff of EUROUT. Prior to LBS, she spent four years as a consultant at McKinsey specialising in education and philanthropy, including an 18-month fellowship at Melinda Gates' Pivotal Ventures. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Brown University.

Shena Lohardjo (LBS MBA 2027) is SVP of Communications of Out in Business and EUROUT. She is currently building video games as part of LBS' Entrepreneurship Summer School. Prior to LBS, she was a Product Manager at Flywire, leading global teams to build payments software for healthcare providers in the US. She holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Information Systems from Boston University.

Tiffanie Cappello Lee (LBS MBA 2027) is the VP of Comms of Out in Business. She spent three years as an Analytical Lead at Google in Chicago. Prior to that she worked as a consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, specialising in Tech and Media. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Lauren Mercado Manotas (LBS MBA 2027) is SVP of Content of EUROUT, and a Transformation Intern at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. Prior to her MBA, she was a Consultant at Bain & Company in Colombia, where she advised leading companies across Latin America on strategy, operations, and large-scale transformations. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad del Norte.

Ismael Araya (LBS MBA 2027) is SVP of Ticketing at EUROUT. Before LBS, he built his career in management consulting, starting as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, then as a Senior Consultant at Achs and an Associate at SummaPartners in Santiago, developing deep expertise in retail and fintech. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.

Bohai Tan (LBS MBA 2027) is SVP of Community of Out in Business. He is an ex-management consultant and entrepreneur with experience across green tech, automotive, and luxury. Gunn Wongsuwan (LBS MBA 2027) is SVP of Careers and Alumni at Out in Business. Prior to LBS, he spent over six years in Toronto, Canada, as a Research Director in consumer insights, advising clients across CPG, food and beverage, and consumer health. He is dedicated to advancing career outcomes for the OiB community and cultivating a robust network of LGBTQ+ professionals and allies. He holds a master's degree in Political Science from the University of Toronto and a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of St Andrews.

Natasha Nusantoro (LBS MBA 2027) is SVP of Allyship of Out in Business. Prior to the MBA, she spent four years as a Product Manager in Financial Services in Jakarta, Indonesia. In her free time she enjoys sipping matcha with a crochet or knitting project at hand. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Data Science from New York University.
