Radhika Piramal

BUSINESS LEADER | PHILANTHROPIST | LGBTQIA+ RIGHTS ADVOCATE

Radhika Piramal is a business leader, philanthropist, and LGBTQIA+ rights advocate. She is the Patron Founder and Champion of Pride Fund India, the country’s first philanthropic fund dedicated to amplifying the work and voices of queer-led NGOs serving queer communities. Launched in February 2025, the fund reflects her commitment to advancing equity and inclusion in India.

Radhika currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Metro Shoes Ltd. and Chalet Hotels Ltd., and as a Trustee on the boards of GiveOut and Dasra, two leading charities based in the UK.

From 2010 to 2025, Radhika held leadership roles at VIP Industries Ltd., India’s leading luggage company—first as Managing Director (2010–2017) and later as Vice Chairperson (2017–2025).

An alumna of Brasenose College, University of Oxford, Radhika holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (2000), and an MBA from Harvard Business School (2006).

One of India’s few openly lesbian business leaders, Radhika is a prominent voice for LGBTQIA+ inclusion and regularly speaks on issues of diversity, leadership, and social impact. She divides her time between Mumbai and London.
