Shaig Abduragimov leads OpenAI's Solutions Engineering for Education and Governments across EMEA. He works directly with national ministries and public agencies to design and deploy AI solutions that power new education strategies, institutional transformation, and workforce readiness at scale. Before OpenAI, Shaig delivered mission-critical AI and data programmes at Palantir across both public and private sectors.
