Dominic is the Chief Executive of Ditch the Label, a global youth charity empowering young people through education, direct support, and advocacy. Under his leadership, the organisation recently delivered over 5,000 hours of counselling and mentoring, while more than 20,000 young people engaged with its peer support community.

Before joining Ditch the Label, Dominic served as CEO of Open for Business (OFB), a coalition of leading global companies promoting LGBTQ+ inclusion worldwide. At OFB, he oversaw impactful programmes across East Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, the Caribbean, and Southeast Asia.

Prior to OFB, Dominic was Chief Executive of Just Like Us, the LGBTQ+ youth charity, where he led the organisation to work with over half of all UK secondary schools. He also held senior roles at Stonewall, where he led both the education and international programmes teams, supporting human rights defenders across Russia, Eastern Europe, the Western Balkans, and Turkey.

Earlier in his career, Dominic was Head of Programme Management at Mind, where he led delivery of Time to Change, a £25 million national campaign challenging mental health stigma.

Dominic lives in Brighton with his partner, their child and cat.
