Ashley Dartnell is the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Senior Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She has co-authored a number of articles about LGBTQ+ employees, inclusion, women in tech, and caregivers—and has spoken at the Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society, the Conference Board, the Cambridge Judge Wo+Men's Leadership Centre, and the Bloomberg Equality Summit—among others. Ashley worked at BCG for four years as a consultant in the New York office after graduating from Harvard Business School. She is a regular speaker at and friend of EUROUT conference.
