Jakob is a Managing Director and Partner in London. Jakob focuses on supporting Fashion, Luxury, Beauty and Wellness brands and retailers in designing, creating, and delivering winning strategies and organisations. He has deep expertise in topics around value creation, organisational design and operating model, growth, productivity, merchandising and digital.

Jakob has worked with a wide range of brands globally, spanning from luxury to mass-market, sportswear to formalwear and has also worked extensively with private equity-owned players from initial deal sourcing and diligence, to transformation programs and exit.

Prior to joining BCG, Jakob started his career at Goldman Sachs and McKinsey. He holds a MSc in Finance from London School of Economics.
