‍Visitors are required to check in a guest reception on Park Rd.  After checking in, please walk from the guest reception to North Building, where EUROUT registration is located.

Getting to EUROUT

By Plane:

-London Heathrow is the most convenient airport. Travellers can take the Heathrow Express train from the airport to Paddington station in central London, then use the tube lines.·      

-Gatwick: take the GatwickExpress* to Victoria station, then take a taxi or use the tube (*Gatwick Express train service may be suspended; use a taxi or bus as an alternative)·      

-Stansted: take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street station, then take a taxi or use the tube·      

-City Airport: take a taxi or use the DLR and the tube

By Tube (Subway / Underground): London Business School is a 5-minute walk from Baker Street Station(off the Bakerloo, Jubilee, Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith & City tube lines). All tube stations accept contactless payments (e.g., tap card or use smartphone)

By Bus: London Business School is served by the 13, 113, 274, and N113 bus lines. All buses accept contactless payments (e.g.,tap card or use smartphone).  We recommend checking Google Maps in real time to understand the best bus option.

We follow London Business School’s policies, which are set by the UK government.

Vaccination is not required to attend EUROUT.

Food & Beverages

We will provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks throughout the conference. More details will be provided closer to the conference dates.

Catering will be provided by London Business School’s catering team. The menu is still being set, but please email us at euroutconference@gmail.com if you have any concerns. 

There will be a dinner and afterparty to close out the conference. Further details to come!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can EUROUT Help Organise Travel Visas?
‍Unfortunately, we cannot organise travel visas. If you require a visa for travel into the United Kingdom, you will have to apply for a visa to enter the UK from your location.

Does EUROUT offer any financial support for delegates?
In partnership with our friends at the FLII in Business Club, we aim to ensure every individual who wants to attend EUROUT can join us, regardless of financial situation. If there are any barriers for you to attend EUROUT, please email us at euroutconference@gmail.com, with a brief explanation of your situation. It is our goal to make EUROUT as accessible as possible, and the FLII in BusinessClub would welcome you to contact them at flii@london.edu if you would like more information on available support, their work at LBS and the resources they provide. Are exhibitors, presenters and attendees screened for signs of illness?

Are exhibitors, presenters and attendees screened for signs of illness?
Attendees, Partners and Presenters are recommended to test themselves 24 hours prior to the event.They are asked to self-monitor their health while attending the event.

What if I feel unwell leading up to the conference?
Please do not come to the conference if you develop symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, shortness of breath, among others. Your conference registration will allow you to attend livestream and on-demand sessions online even if you are in London, so you can participate that way any time you feel you need a break.
