Ximena is an MBA candidate at London Business School, Class of 2026. She currently serves as Chief of Staff for EUROUT 2025 and previously held the role of VP for DEI and Advocacy in the Out in Business Club. Prior to LBS, Ximena spent 3.5 years as a Consultant at BCG in Chile, working across a range of industries on projects related to strategy, profitability, and operational improvement. During her time at BCG, she also co-led Pride@BCG—the firm's LGBTQ+ network—across the four offices of Spanish-speaking South America. Ximena is passionate about creating spaces that empower the LGBTQ+ community and foster allyship in all its forms.
