Maria was a Consultant at McKinsey  for three years prior to starting her MBA, focusing primarily in the PE and Banking. Passionate about DEI, she founded a Canada-wide women’s network at Deloitte and later at McKinsey. During ’24-’25, she was on ExCo for OiB, the Women’s Rugby Team & Snow Trek.
