Luca is a finance professional with 20 years of international experience across different roles and industries. He started his career in investment banking at Citi in London, where he covered Italian clients across different products such as M&A or equity/debt capital markets between 2003 and 2009.

After his MBA at the London Business School, he joined adidas where he spent 11 years with 5 roles in 4 different countries – namely he was CFO for Argentina, then CFO for Brasil, then Finance VP for Latin America, based in Panamá, leading  a €1.7bn business across 7 regional offices, across all finance functions from FP&A. His last role at adidas was VP Brand Finance at the Global HQ in Germany, supporting the entire marketing organization globally across finance and strategic decisions.

Since August 2022 Luca leads the International FP&A team, from Shanghai to Hong Kong and London. In his role Luca and his team drive the international expansion of the brand supporting the international leadership team in the fast paced growth of all international markets
Luca is married to Richard, has two dogs, loves travelling, cooking, gourmet restaurants and wines and is a passionate runner.
