Til Klein is a German entrepreneur and investor in Switzerland. He is co-founder and general partner of Identity Ventures, Europe’s first Venture Capital fund that invests in LGBTQ+ led early-stage startups. Prior he was a founder of the pension fintech Vantik and member of the expert council for the European pension PEPP at the European insurance regulator EIOPA.

As a partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), he advised financial services providers in the DACH region, Nordics and Southeast Asia. At the major Swiss bank UBS, he was responsible for sales development for private and business clients. In his blog "The Rebel Banker" he writes about FinTech innovation. With Identity Ventures, he co-founded the first LGBTQ+ impact venture capital fund in Europe.
