Stephanie Fuller is the CEO of Switchboard the National LGBTQIA+ Helpline, one of the UK's longest-running charities serving the LGBTQIA+ communities. Since its creation on the 4th of March 1974 Switchboard has provided a safe space for over 4 million people that needed someone to listen, and provide calm words when they are needed most.

Switchboard has been there for the community through the years with police raids on gay venues, the HIV/Aids Crisis, Section 28, the age of consent, the bombing of the Admiral Duncan pub in Soho, equal marriage, a global pandemic and the present-day challenges impacting the trans community.

Steph has almost 20 years’ experience of operating at a senior level in a variety of non-profit organisations. Steph founded the Proud and Palace, the LGBT supporters’ group of Crystal Palace FC and has been the Chair of Pride in Football, the network of over 50 LGBT football supporters’ groups across the UK. Steph is also a board trustee of the Palace for Life Foundation, the Community Foundation for Crystal Palace Football Club.She lives in London with her wife.
