Michael is a Managing Director in CPPIB’s Sustainable Investing team based in London. Prior to his role at CPPIB, Michael spent 17 years working in various technical sustainability ESG roles, most recently establishing the ESG discipline at DPI, an emerging markets private equity firm. His prior ESG experience includes roles at the sustainability consultancy ERM and Bechtel Corporation.

Michael's current focus is on decarbonisation and transition investment opportunities at CPPIB.

Michael holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College, London and a BSc, Zoology Major from James Cook University, Australia.
