Ken brings over 25 years as a tech and data executive, primarily at JPMorgan Chase. His career has spanned global financial hubs including Tokyo, São Paulo, New York, and London. As a staunch advocate for LGBTQ+ Inclusion, Ken founded JPMorgan Chase’s LGBTQ+ Executive Council and served as the Board Chair at Out & Equal, the world’s largest non-profit dedicated to LGBTQ+ Inclusion in the workplace. Recognised as a Top 100 LGBT+ Executive consecutively from 2017 to 2020 by the Financial Times, Yahoo Finance, and Involve, Ken has a proven track record of driving impactful change within the corporate sector. In 2023, he co-founded Windō, a trailblazing startup dedicated to connecting young talent with employers that share their values. Ken lives in London with his husband Thierry and their two beloved dogs.
