In his day job, Julien heads the AWS Partner Funding global Program Management Office at Wipro, a leading global information technology, consulting, and business process services company with over 230,000 colleagues around the world.

In his gay job, as a passionate advocate for creating an inclusive and diverse workplace, he also leads Wipro’s LGBTQ+ Charter, driving initiatives to build our Employee Resource Group (#PrideAtWipro). In 2023, he received the Best LGBTQ+ ERG Leader award from Avtar Group, recognizing his outstanding contributions to this cause. To explore leadership as an authentic queer leader, he had the opportunity to complete the Stonewall LGBTQ+ leadership program.

Julien holds an MBA from the University of California Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. As part of the alumni network, he co-created UC Pride UK, for alumni who identify as LGBTQ+, with allies warmly welcomed. Recently, he was featured in a CIO World magazine article as part of their series on LGBTQ+ influencers to follow.
