Jay is an MBA 2023 Candidate at London Business School. Prior to the MBA, Jay worked at Goldman Sachs for over 5 years across teams within Operations, Risk Management and Compliance. During their time at Goldman, they were a dedicated advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and led several initiatives, including co-founding the firm’s global Pronouns Initiative and establishing a Parental Resource Forum. Jay joined the firm as an analyst in 2015 and was promoted to Vice President in 2020. At London Business School, they were a Student Ambassador and a VP on the Allies and Inclusion team for the Out in Business Club. Jay earned their BA in Law & Society from American University in 2015.
