Deborah Gbadamosi (the G is silent), is the CEO of Dulcie Media, a marketing agency specialising in inclusion. With over 25 years in the ad industry, Deborah has spent the majority of her career in networked agencies, from Publicis to WP  She has worked on brands like P&G, Reckitt, HP, Ford and HSBC. Deborah spent two years in the global agency team at Microsoft Advertising, with a further two years client side at HMD Global - Nokia Phones, as the Head of Global Media. Former CEO EMEA at Brand Advance Group, and current Vice President of Inclusion for the IAA UK.

During the course of the last three years, Deborah has been recognised as one of the Top 50 Leading Women in Europe, by Ad Age; and recipient of a Campaign Magazine award for Contributions to Diversity & Inclusion. 

In July 2023 she was the proud recipient of an Influential Businesswoman Award: Most Inspirational Insights-Tech CEO. Deborah has written a number of insights reports on cultural campaign effectiveness, by industry sector.  And contributed to the Exchange Wire Industry Review 2023.
