Annie Howard is the Senior Programme Manager for the HIV Confident charter mark programme, based at National AIDS Trust. The programme aims to combat HIV-related stigma and discrimination within organisations across healthcare and other sectors, through improving staff knowledge, attitudes and confidence. Annie has also held roles in wider public policy and research at National AIDS Trust, focusing on a range of topic such as health inequalities and stigma. She has previously worked as an epidemiologist, with a background in infectious disease control, biology and psychology.
