Mark is an authentic leader at Salesforce who drives the Equality agenda on a daily basis, striving to make Salesforce a truly inclusive and LGBT+ friendly place to work. Running a Strategy Consulting division by day, Mark is also President of LGBT+ employee network, Outforce & has grown membership to over 10 regions with over 800 members. Mark is very passionate about creating a fairer and more equal world and through investing a lot of time helping the LGBT+ community, last year the Financial Times named Mark as one of the top 50 future LGBTQ leaders in the world.
