Andrés Hip (He/him), SVP Operations
Andrés is an MBA 2025 candidate at London Business School and is the SVP for EUROUT Operations & Aesthetics. Andrés worked as the HR Manager for Brain Food a Technology Consulting firm in Chile. Before that, he worked as a Senior Consultant for Matrix Consulting, a boutique management consulting firm in Chile. He is very passionate about improving the experience of workers and equality in the workspace, he was able to found and lead the DEI committee in Matrix Consulting. On top of that, he loves to cook, eat and host dinner parties.
