Since 2012, Linda has served as the COO for multiple start-up financial regulatory consulting firms based in London. Before moving to London, Linda worked in management and consulting for both large corporations and SMEs in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. 

While starting to shift to NED and other work aligned with her passions, Linda is currently consulting as a fractional COO given her experience in guiding growing organisations to deliver their best.

In her spare time, Linda has long been an activist with national and international LGBTQ+ organisations including running one of the largest lesbian organisations in the US (BACW, now defunct),as a Board Director for the Human Rights Campaign, the LGBTQ+ Victory Fund, and lastly, 10 years as a Board Director for OutRight International. She has been a member of the EUROUT Board for the past few years. Recently, she had the pleasure of working as a consultant for Open For Business, based here in London.  

Linda holds a Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School.
