Jesper With-Fogstrup joined Smoove in January 2021 asChief Executive Officer. The home moving process is broken and Jesper is driving disruption in how people buy, sell and own their homes.

Before joining Smoove, Jesper served as Global Head of Digital as a Channel with HSBC. Under Jesper’s leadership the team delivered digital sales growth and customer engagement – including servicing and Personal & Relevant customer experiences – to more than 40 million customers in 16 markets.

Prior to HSBC, Jesper was Chief Operating Officer with ComparetheMarket.com responsible for scaling the business, product, commercial performance and strategic delivery. Jesper has also held several executive positions in the online travel industry.

Jesper holds an Executive MBA from London BusinessSchool.
