Tracey Mwaniki is a Strategy Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group with a broad range of experience across the Public Sector, TMT and Banking clients. She is currently ringfenced to focus only on Social Impact work.

She graduated from the University of Oxford with a Law degree, where she was Treasurer of the Oxford LGBTQ+ Society. At BCG she is an active member of the Pride networking. She now co-leads Pride@BCG recruiting as well as providing support to a pro-bono project supporting the charity GiveOut with their 5 year strategy.
