Thomas Senecal is a Principal in Blackstone’s Tactical Opportunities fund, an opportunistic $30 billion private equity platform seeking to capitalize on global investment opportunities that are time-sensitive, complex, or in dislocated markets where risk may be fundamentally mispriced.

Since joining Blackstone in 2016, he has been involved in a number of Blackstone’s current and past investments including Phoenix Tower International, Sipartech, Lazeo, Hotwire Communications, Phoenix Torres do Brasil, Metrotel, International Market Centers, and Viva Capital, among others.

He currently serves as a director of Phoenix Tower International, Sipartech, Lazeo, and Metrotel. Thomas has served as a Trustee of Business Today since 2019. Prior to joining Blackstone, he began his career at Wells Fargo Securities in New York.  

Thomas graduated cum laude from Princeton University with an AB in Politics.
