With 20 years’ experience in Financial Services Early Careers recruitment, Shaun has been responsible for leading global teams to fulfil Apprentice, Intern and Graduate demand across multiple continents.  Prior to his Global Recruitment Lead role with Fidelity, Shaun worked for 18 years as Early Careers Candidate Acquisition Lead for Barclays and led the creation of the non-technology Barclays Apprentice programme and has worked with organisations to include Terrence Higgins Trust and Ambitious about Autism to break down barriers and ensure Early Careers is an inclusive pathway for all.  Shaun also currently assumes the role of Global Communications Lead for the Fidelity LGBTQ+ Network, supporting more than 20 regions with progressing the LGBTQ+ agenda.  Outside of work, Shaun is a singer/songwriter currently working on his 7^th album.
