Sadiq is pursuing a portfolio career within the travel industry. He is Chairman of the Advisory Board for Condor, the second airline of Germany (owned by Attestor Capital), on the board of eTraveli, an online travel agency (owned by CVC Capital), on the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council for Travel and a Trustee of Stonewall. He is also an Executive Coach applying the work of Carl Jung. He taught an MBA course on the Travel industry at Stanford and is the protagonist of an MBA case study in the course Paths to Power.

He previously headed up Transformation at Emirates and spent 7 years at Lufthansa, where he was Chief Strategy Officer. He began his career with Bain & Co., completed his M.B.A. at Harvard Business School and graduated with a First from Pembroke College, Cambridge. He was included in the FT Top 100 OUTstanding leaders list and was selected as a Young Global Leader. He is single, lives in London and has visited over 120 countries.
