Liam Klenk has worked around the globe in 11 different countries for 3 different industries: the tourism industry, as a coach and stage manager for international circus shows, and as support staff in management consulting.

In 2016 he published his award-winning book “Paralian – not just transgender.” This memoir outlines his turbulent life as a transgender man and the myriad of other challenges he faced throughout his life, beginning with being orphaned at birth.

During the last 10 years Liam has been internationally active as panelist and keynote speaker, always aiming to help further understanding for the transgender community.

At Boston Consulting Group’s Pride@BCG, Liam is the TGNC (Transgender and Non-conforming) Lead for the EMESA region (Europe, Middle East, South America, and South Africa), aiming to drive lasting change and create safe spaces for transgender, non-binary, and non-conforming individuals.

Outside his engagement for the LGBTQIA+ community at work, he mentors transgender children and their parents throughout Switzerland. He also continues to build bridges wherever and whenever he can by giving presentations for corporations and organizations on what it means to be transgender in our world today.
