For the past 10 years, Kayus has worked at the heart of global finance in the most widely-connected financial institution in the world. In driving a strategic business, he has appreciated working with some of the smartest minds with industry-changing ambitions.

One of Kayus's key passions involves workplace culture and how it influences organizational performance. As a change agent and a continuous learner, he is committed to pushing the agenda of inclusion and diversity as enablers of better performance and more engaged teams.

His journey to becoming an Inclusion and Diversity Advocate has given Kayus the opportunity to represent various intersecting identities, to engage with communities he counts himself as privileged to be part of, and to work with senior leaders to embrace their role in creating supportive, nurturing, and equitable workplace environments.

Kayus is proud to serve on the Citi London Pride Steering Committee as Business Engagement Lead, where he looks to enhance partnerships between Citi’s businesses and this employee network. Some accolades and recent initiatives include Stonewall UK Changemaker of the Year 2022, Stonewall Leadership Development Programme 2021, Citi Foundation Mentor - Personal Finance for young creatives, among others.
