Jose-Luiz (JL) Moura is a Brazilian-British dual national currently based in London, UK with 30+ years of experience in senior roles in some of the world’s most respected companies. After graduating from Fundacao Getulio Vargas and with a MBA from the University of Sao Paulo, his career started in Finance with focus in Controllership, Tax, Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate Finance mainly in the Technology sector.  His last corporate role was the COO for the UK & Ireland operating unit at Salesforce Inc, a Fortune 50 company where he spent 15 years.

JL held several Board Observer seats in investments made by Salesforce Ventures in Europe with the focus of expansion of their ecosystem and growth. He has seen growth and experienced fast-paced environments all his professional life. Throughout his career, he led small and large teams and was able to witness that if you lead from your values, you will create value in what you do.  Since April 2022, he has transitioned his career focussing in Executive Coaching and Strategic Advisory.

JL is certified as an Integral Development Coach from Third Space, a New Ventures West affiliate, His purpose is to inspire possibilities and meet his clients where they are in their personal and professional journeys. JL understands complex and matrix multinational companies and helps leaders and their teams to navigate the challenges they experience and create space to design solutions. Through deep conversation, self-reflection and regular practices, his clients were able to develop new behaviours and engage with their teams in a much more collaborative way. For the past 3 years, he is a non-executive director of Simprints Technologies, a non-profit based in Cambridge, UK.
