Helen Walker-Shin is a dedicated Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion professional with a wealth of experience in talent management, HR, corporate responsibility, recruitment, and policy development. Her passion lies in cultivating values-driven business cultures and creating inclusive environments where every individual can thrive.

Helen's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Sheffield, awarded with Merit, and a CPP in Personnel Practice from Warwickshire College.

Her career journey showcases her dedication to creating positive change. Currently, she serves as the Director of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - EMEA at Bain & Company, where she defines and drives the DEI strategy for the region. Prior to this, Helen held key roles at Gate One and Linklaters, where she shaped talent strategy and championed diversity initiatives.
