Gabrielle Novacek is a Partner and Managing Director in the Chicago office of The Boston Consulting Group. During her almost 15 years at BCG, Gabrielle has focused her work as an expert on people and organization topics – with a particular emphasis on large scale organizational transformation, change and transformation management, leadership and culture, and diversity and inclusion. She currently sits on the North American leadership team of BCG's People and Organization practice.

In addition to her client-facing work, Gabrielle is helping to drive the development of BCG's intellectual capital on a range of people topics, with a particular interest in advancing the next generation of innovation in approaches to diversity and inclusion. Among her recent publications are discussions focused upon building truly inclusive workplaces, and advancing LGBTQ inclusion beyond benefits and the ERG.

Lastly, Gabrielle serves as an active practitioner of diversity and inclusion work. She currently serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Chair on BCG's North America Management Team, and spent 10 years as the global leader of Pride@BCG (BCG's LGBTQ ERG). Outside of BCG, she has twice been recognized as an OUTstanding 100 LGBT+ Executive, and was a 2018 recipient of the Great Places to Work for All Women's Leadership Award. Prior to coming to BCG, Gabrielle earned a PhD with honors in the Social Sciences from the University of Chicago. Her research focused upon the impact of social, cultural, and organizational norms upon economic behavior and development.
