Andy is DEI Director at Bain & Company. He has extensive experience championing diversity and inclusion; prior to joining Bain, Andy worked in Global DE&I roles in the legal and banking sectors for almost 20 years – including JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Freshfields and Clyde & Co.

As an active member of the LGBT community, Andy is passionate about making a difference to employees' lived experiences and building an organisational culture of belonging where everyone is able to bring their whole self to work.
